I can give you a bunch for #6.
1999 - Central Bucks West vs Erie Cathedral Prep. Dustin Picciotti gets hurt early, CB West wins on a blocked punt for TD with like 2 mins left.
2000 - THE REMATCH. ECP wins it in Double OT, ending CB West's (then) state record for consecutive wins.
2003 - Darrelle Revis with probably the most impressive individual game I've ever seen - definitely the most impressive I've seen at Hershey. 5 TDs - one was a blocked FG and one a Kick Return.
2009 - Wpial 3A title game. Rushel Shell runs for 280 and still loses to West Allegheny.
I could definitely think of a ton but those are some off the top of my head. Those were all amazing games.

There was an ESPN special made about the 99 game between Erie Prep and Central Bucks West. That was pretty awesome.
