Clairton and Aliquippa - Two winning traditions
http://www.maxpreps.com/news/l-tAPJAkZk ... e-2008.htm
This link shows that over the past 5 years Clairton has had the most wins in the entire nation, 78. Aliquippa also makes the list with 64 wins.
Since 04- Clairton is 116-12 and Quippa is 103-15. Those numbers are crazy!

It really is amazing what Clairton and Aliquippa has accomplished for really 2 small schools. Wish nothing but the best for the Quips program.

Re: Clairton and Aliquippa - Two winning traditions
I forgot where I heard or read this - it was a few years ago - but I remember hearing a former Quip player saying something along the lines of the off-season training the Quips go through was harder than his Basic Training when he joined the Marines.
Could very well be exaggerating but that always stuck out to me. Coach Z runs a phenomenal program. I happened to be talking to a teacher for Aliquippa HS at Hershey this year and she said that if any football players start to get out of hand or too talkative all she has to do is mention his name and they behave like choir boys.
