Southpaw, what is your problem. CR killed Bedford in Jr. High and Varsity. What do you expect the people from Bedford to say? I don't see excuses like you want, just adults discussing the good and bad of it. I therefore will wager that you are just here to complain and know little of wrestling.

Did I strike a nerve! But your right I know little about wrestling technique but I very good at recognizing atheletic talent and good coaching.

From what I have seen Ridge wrestling has more of both and will into the forseeable future!

I could not agree more with your statements. The comments about whining were what I was discussing. I hate to lose, especially to a rival, but when they earn it, you have to take your hat off to them.

I was surprised that some of the CR fans booed when the Bison ran into the gym. Bedford did not boo the Lions.

DEP...do you remember anything about high school athletics!?! As wrong as it is...the visiting team is ALWAYS going to be booed by the student body of the home team. It is human nature....I am sure that the Bisons were not booed by the Ridge parents...let the kids be kids and I am sure they will grow up and eventually cheer for the COUNTY kids when need be!!! Oh yeah..congrats to the Bisons over NBC...even though I wanted it to be the other way!!!

Did you read what I wrote? I said SOME FANS, I did not mention parents. They were CR wrestling fans. But the KIDS from Bedford did not Boo CR. Humm, odd. And the tire slashing, again CR kids. I think those kids need to refocus like the wrestlers and get involved in something constructive.

Thanks for the congratulations, but I didn't wrestle, lol.

I must be the generation cut off for that human nature. I never found it necessary or natural to boo the opponent. I thought it was natural to clap as any team entered.

Dep: the whining comments stem from the fact that I think that most Bedford people(fans) are showing a lot of frustration right now with not only wrestling but football and boys basketball. The programs that were so dominate for years aren't that good right now.

Hey, personally when I am beaten, I have given it all and respect the guy. No whining here. CR is much better and deserve the respect and the win.
