legion Baseball
2 huge legion games today in Bedford starting at 1 pm. Bedford Hurricanes Vs. Claysburg in what should be 2 absolute barn burners. Would expect Bedford to use 2 of the 3 out of Droz, Black or Foor and claysburg to counter with either Claar, Swope or Lewis. Either way should be some great baseball.
Re: legion Baseball
Due to new playoff format the top 3 seeds will be occupied by the winners of the North, South and Central divisions respectively. This means that very likely Bedford or Claysburg will both be going for the #1 seed, and the other will likely get the #4 seed

Re: legion Baseball
Format is the same (8-team double elimination tournament, bracket link below). Last year, there were no divisions so seeds matched winning percentages. This year, division winners get top 3 seeds....
Claysburg and Bedford can only be #1, #2 or #4
Patton can only be #1 or #2
St. Michael gets #3 with one more win
In any event, using the 8-team bracket and the rotating home field rule they used last year, there's no real advantage to higher seeding after the first round.

Re: legion Baseball
Bedford won 4-1. Was tied 1-1 in the 6th when Bedford pulled away I believe.
