Here are my team snipits and projected order of finish in each conference.
Quad North:
Central Catholic (8-3, 5-2) – QB Cosentino commit to FSU. Return RB Lista-Brinza & WR Shafer Swann. OL return 4.
North Allegheny (16-0, 7-0) – Return no statistical leaders. Zeise back at WR. Bergman/Idowu saw time at RB. Need to develop QB.
Pine-Richland (4-5, 2-5) – QB & RB back (DiNucci & Slomka). Young, experienced running team. 7 starters return on offense.
North Hills (6-4, 4-3) – QB & RB gone, WR back (Richardson). Strength: line play. Need to develop RB.
Fox Chapel (1-8, 1-6) – Leading QB, RB/WR return (Urso, Garnett). 5 projected starters out for season. Top 4 RB all return. Defense must improve.
Seneca Valley (10-2, 6-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Strength: line play. TJ Holl will take over at QB.
Shaler (0-9, 0-7) – Return on statistical leaders. Depth should be better. 8 starters return on defense.
Butler (4-6, 3-4) – Return no statistical leaders. Lost QB, top 5 RB, top WR, 4 L to graduation.
Quad Central:
Woodland Hills (10-3, 6-2) – RB Sanders returns. QB & WR gone. Harry Randall should help running game as well.
Bethel Park (7-4, 6-2) – QB, RB/WR return (Metheny, Enick). Experience is huge along with their size.
Upper St. Clair (10-2, 7-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Lines are big and experienced. Defense should be GREAT.
Mount Lebanon (8-3, 7-1) – WR Apke commit to PSU, but who will get him the ball?
Peters Township (5-5, 4-4) – QB & WR return. Mike Minjock (RB) gone. Experienced line should help.
Penn Hills (3-6, 3-5) – Return no statistical leaders. Younger players saw playing time last year.
Baldwin (3-6, 2-6) – QB & WR return (Altavilla & Smorey). Dorian Brown (RB) gone. Nick Barca looks to step up to RB.
Canon-McMillan (1-8, 1-7) – QB, RB, & WR return (Hutchin, Kelly, Gdovic). Tough schedule to begin will deter them. 16 of 22 starters return.

Elizabeth Forward (6-4, 5-3) – QB/RB & WR return (Davidson, Berandowski). Davidson has had time to learn more.
Belle Vernon (4-6, 4-4) – QB & RB return (Snyder, Levis). WR gone. Injuries have hurt team past few seasons, experienced players on both sides.
Ringgold (4-6, 4-4) – QB returns (Law). RB & WR gone. Another team that will be extremely young. Early home games should help.
Uniontown (2-7, 2-6) – QB/RB & WR return (X. Ellis, L. Ellis). Tons of experience back on offense and at skill positions.
Trinity (5-5, 5-3) – Return no statistical leaders. Inexperience at skill positions will pose problems. Deep at RB.
Albert Gallatin (0-9, 0-8) – QB, RB/WR return (Ohler, Dice). Experience should be strength, though they’ve only won 1 game in 3 seasons. 15 of 22 starters return.
Laurel Highlands (1-9, 1-7) – QB returns (Cannon). WR gone. Team will be extremely young.
Parkway:
West Allegheny (12-2, 7-1) – QB & RB return (Koester, Dillon). WR gone. Top 3 RB return to defending AAA champion. Lines are green.
Central Valley (9-3, 7-1) – QB & RB return (Climo, Whitehead). WR gone. Roster is deep with skill position players, even without Robert Foster.
New Castle (4-5, 3-5) – QB & WR return (Cox, Hooker). RB gone. 18 of 22 starters return including Hooker who will be used everywhere.
Montour (9-2, 7-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Greer and Macek saw a lot of time last year at QB & RB, respectively. OL should be big.
Blackhawk (3-7, 3-5) – QB returns (Kincade). RB & WR gone. One of the smallest AAA rosters. Akron recruit Kincade returns.
Hopewell (5-6, 4-4) – Return no statistical leaders. Tyler Ishman returns as 2nd leading rusher. OL should be strong.
Ambridge (3-6, 3-5) – WR returns (McGinnis). QB & RB gone. McGinnis will move to QB and will be expected to run.
Chartiers Valley (2-7, 1-7) – QB & WR return (Lapiana, Coury). RB gone. OL should be strong but not big or deep.

Hampton (7-3, 6-2) – WR returns (Edwards). QB & RB gone. A lot of inexperience at multiple offensive positions, but a lot of speed.
Highlands (4-5, 3-5) – QB, RB, & WR return (Leri, Jackson, Cratsenburg). 18 of 22 starts return. Depth could be only red flag.
Franklin Regional (8-3, 6-2) – WR returns (Singh). QB & RB gone. Very inexperienced group. Singh will move to QB. Whole OL needs replaced.
Indiana (3-6, 3-5) – QB, RB, & WR return (Thompson, West, Carter). 17 of 22 players return. RB & WR depth will be a good key for them.
Knoch (7-3, 6-2) – Return no statistical leaders. A very inexperienced team with a lot of position battles.
Greensburg Salem (2-7, 2-6) – Return no statistical leaders. Strength should be lines and defense.
Hollidaysburg (3-7, 3-5) – Return no statistical leaders. Very inexperienced team with new coaching staff.
Derry (1-8, 0-8) – Return no statistical leaders. 9 seniors on a 44-man roster. QB Holmes saw little time last year due to an injury to starter.
Century:
South Fayette (11-1, 8-0) – QB & RB return (Brumbaugh, Fetchet). WR gone. 4 of top 5 RB return. Defense hit hard with graduation.
Seton-LaSalle (9-2, 7-1) – RB returns (Rizza). QB & WR gone. Defense should be strength with 9 returners. 4 of the top 5 RB return.
Steel Valley (4-6, 4-4) – RB & WR return (Pickens, Taylor). QB gone. Both lines are experienced. Health and depth are key issues.
McGuffey (5-5, 3-5) – QB & RB/WR return (Whipkey, Duchi). OL experienced. Option offense more understood now. 16 of 22 starters return.
South Allegheny (7-3, 6-2) – Return no statistical leaders. Ty Cook (QB) & DaVonte Johnson (RB) saw extended time last year. Defense hit hard with graduation.
Quaker Valley (3-6, 3-5) – RB & WR return (Jackson, Conlan). QB gone. Jackson moves to QB. Both lines very experienced.
Keystone Oaks (2-7, 2-6) – QB returns (Phillippi). RB & WR gone. OL should be strong.
South Park (3-6, 3-5) – QB & WR return (McLaughlin, Isbell). RB gone. McLaughlin will move to WR. Running game will be spotlight.
Burgettstown (0-9, 0-8) – Return no statistical leaders. Team will be extremely young, with only 3 seniors.
Allegheny:
Shady Side Academy (6-4, 6-2) – RB & WR return (Brevard, Briggs). QB gone. 14 of 22 starters return. Skill positions set, OL a concern.
Burrell (8-2, 7-1) – WR returns (Pattock). QB & RB gone. 14 of 22 starters return. Team will rely on speed.
Valley (6-4, 5-3) – QB & RB return (Matthews, Houser). WR gone. Return a bunch of starters on both sides of the ball.
Kittanning (4-5, 4-4) – Return no statistical leaders. Line play should be strength with a lot of inexperience at skill spots.
Ford City (4-5, 3-5) – Return no statistical leaders. Depth is a huge question mark. Team will be very inexperienced. Defense should be pretty good.
East Allegheny (1-8, 1-7) – QB returns (Whipple). RB & WR gone. A lot of position battles under new coaching staff. Will change to spread offense to showcase Whipple.
Freeport (7-3, 7-1) – Return no statistical leaders. 21 players graduated, leaving 2 of 22 starters returning.
Deer Lakes (3-6, 2-6) – QB returns (Plocki). RB & WR gone. Team will be inexperienced. A lot of position battles under new coaching staff.
Summit Academy (2-7, 1-7) – Return no statistical leaders. WR core is deep. Question marks from year-to-year roster turnover.
Midwestern:
Aliquippa (15-1, 7-0) – RB returns (Henry). QB & WR gone. RB stable is loaded again with Henry and Swanson. Experience is a strength.
Beaver Falls (8-3, 5-2) – QB, RB, & WR return (Stratton, Rawl, Cottrill). Return a load of talent and experience.
Beaver (9-2, 6-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Top 3 RB are gone. Alex Rowse saw a lot of time at QB last year.
Ellwood City (2-7, 1-6) – QB & RB/WR return (Vetica, Meyers). Offense should be potent, but defense is a huge question mark.
New Brighton (3-6, 3-4) – QB & WR return (Greco, Thompson). RB gone. Experience should be strong point. Need to start better.
Mohawk (2-7, 2-5) – QB & RB return (Menichino, McFarland). WR gone. Team should be fairly experienced.
Freedom (4-6, 3-4) – Return no statistical leaders. Lost 15 graduates and will be fairly young and inexperienced.
Riverside (1-8, 1-6) – Return no statistical leaders. Question marks all over the place.
Interstate:
Washington (12-1, 8-0) – RB returns (McKenzie). QB & WR gone. Shai McKenzie is one of the best RB in the country and will get the ball a lot.
Mount Pleasant (8-3, 6-2) – QB & RB return (Gumbita, Mellors). WR gone. Mellors will handle the bulk of the offense. Line may be question mark.
Greensburg C.C. (6-4, 5-3) – QB/RB return (Keller). WR gone. Depth is a conern. Front 8 on defense return.
Jeannette (10-2, 7-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Top 3 RB are gone. OL is experienced. A lot of question marks.
Yough (4-5, 4-4) – QB & WR return (Donahue, Waldron). RB gone. Team is loaded with senior experience. 16 of 22 starters return.
Charleroi (2-7, 2-6) – QB returns (Matthews). RB/WR gone. OL is experienced. Carr & Arnold saw time at QB & RB respectively.
Waynesburg (1-8, 1-7) – QB, RB, & WR return (Collins, Cenname, Sarra). Lines will be strength. Team is still young, but experienced.
Southmoreland (3-6, 3-5) – Return no statistical leaders. Jake Pisula was leading RB other than QB. Defense should be a strength.
Brownsville (0-9, 0-8) – RB returns (Grooms). QB & WR gone. Numbers are a huge problem especially with just 2 seniors on the team. Defense was awful.
Eastern:

Springdale (6-4, 6-2) – Return no statistical leaders. OL is big and experienced. Team has some inexperienced depth at RB.

Sto-Rox (11-2, 7-1) – QB/RB returns (Williams). WR gone. Lenny Williams has a shot at the WPIAL all-time passing record, might miss time to a hand injury.
Neshannock (10-2, 7-1) – QB & RB return (Burkes, Owens). WR gone. Experience at skill positions should be huge.
Laurel (5-4, 4-4) – QB/RB return (Dando). WR gone. Depth is not a problem, however playbook went over complete overhaul.
Rochester (9-2, 7-1) – Return no statistical leaders. Team will be very young and inexperienced.
Shenango (3-6, 2-6) – QB, RB, & WR return (Prestopine, Welsh, Thompson). Offense will be spread out a little more.
Western Beaver (3-6, 2-6) – QB & WR return (Rocknich, Miller). RB gone. A lot of experience returns after having only 3 seniors last year.
Union (7-4, 5-3) – WR returns (Young). QB & RB gone. Team only has about 25 players. OL should be big.
OLSH (1-8, 1-7) – QB returns (Sebes). RB & WR gone. OL will be strength. Need to replaced Neely at RB.
South Side Beaver (2-7, 1-7) – WR returns (Fayad). QB & RB gone. Team will be inexperienced and young.
Tri-County South:
Beth-Center (8-2, 7-1) – QB returns (Faieta). RB & WR gone. Depth is a strength. RB group is talented. Lines will be very inexperienced.
Frazier (7-3, 6-2) – QB & RB return (Manack, Bertocci). WR gone. A lot of senior experience will lead this team.
Carmichaels (7-3, 6-2) – QB returns (Lawless). RB & WR gone. Experience should help at skill positions. 16 of 22 starters return.
Jefferson-Morgan (7-3, 6-2) – Return no statistical leaders. OL is one of largest in Class A. Skill spots not bare.
Avella (6-3, 5-3) – QB, RB, & WR (Paris, Kusich, Thompson). Team only has 20 players, but experience returns.
West Greene (4-5, 3-5) – QB returns (Wildman). RB & WR gone. OL is deep and experienced. Wildman will be used at RB this year.
Mapletown (3-6, 2-6) – QB & RB return (Ridgley, Haines). WR gone. Experience on the lines and RB position will help improve team.
Bentworth (2-7, 1-7) – 9 of 27 players graduated. Experience is a problem. OL returns only 1 starter and skill positions are young.
Vincentian (1-8) – QB & WR return (Tappe, Adams). RB gone. 0 seniors on the team, but more players on the team than last year.
Geibel (0-9, 0-8) – Entered camp with 16 players, including 6 freshman. QB Brandon Kushnar hopes to lead offense.
Black Hills:
Clairton (16-0, 9-0) – Return no statistical leaders. OL should be key. Team should be young, but experience from last year will help.
Monessen (9-2, 8-1) – RB/WR returns (Gillaspie). QB gone. 17 of 22 starters return. Team speed and experience will be key.
Brentwood (7-4, 6-3) – RB/WR return (Vickless). QB gone. Keeping Justin Vickless healthy will be key.

Bishop Canevin (6-4, 6-3) – Return no statistical leaders. Inexperienced talent returns across the field. Have just 5 seniors on the roster.
California (2-7, 2-7) – QB, RB, & WR return (Jackson, Adamss, Harris). Offensive skill positions should be good. Lines will be question marks.

Serra Catholic (0-9, 0-9) – QB returns (Quattrone). A very young team will likely struggle again.

Greensburg C.C. (6-4, 5-3) – QB/RB return (Keller). WR gone. Depth is a conern. Front 8 on defense return.

Laurel (5-4, 4-4) – QB/RB return (Dando). WR gone. Depth is not a problem, however playbook went over complete overhaul.

Serra Catholic (0-9, 0-9) – QB returns (Quattrone). A very young team will likely struggle again.
Imani Christian (6-3, 6-3) – Failed to field a team for 2013.
