McCorts main problem...coaching

Post by RED55 »

As a member of last years team McCorts biggest problem is the coaching, the offense was totally changed this year into an offense that they DO NOT have the players for and the head coach has no idea how to run the team or get players motivated, (not saying that they shouldn't be motivated on their own, but it helps when the coach can really get the team going before a game or at practice) the whole system needs to go back to the way it was under Salem.

I agree this team had high hopes on one player and changed the offense around that one player. Now its not working out and the teams offense has no direction.

Who called the plays last year? Was it Jones? I agree this offense is really bad, this is the 4th week into the season and still only 1 touchdown, the qb throws more completed passes to the other team than touchdowns.

I think it might have been El Moldo who prophesied that Jones' leaving would really hurt the team.

They didn't get enough of the richland draft picks this year. Hey they can rebuild quick with a strong draft next year! :))

After watching the Bedford McCort game, the McCort was out coached or maybe half the team doesn't care anymore or maybe the locker room is to far gone. What ever the problems are down at McCort it doesn't seem fixable. I hear that some of the younger players won't be coming back to play football next year or leaving to go back to their home schools. McCort will be lucky if they can win 1 game this year and if that happens with their be a change in the Coaching Staff? El-Moldo is Right, without Jones the McCort football team looks lost and not well coach, McCort isn't getting better they look like they are getting worst. Their offensive looks lost and with Richland the next game, well it will be other Bedford score. If McCort starts to play for next year by younger players I hope the Coaching staff makes that change after the Richland game.
