I should ask, are these leagues using regular hockey sticks, or the funky field hockey looking sticks?

Johnstown has an outdoor rink in Roxbury Park section, right next to the Community Bandshell. In fact, it's being moved a short way because of complaints from Bandshell patrons about noise and flying pucks. There also was an outdoor rink in Conemaugh, across from the Parkhill DQ.

You're going to have to go there, get lucky and ask someone. I have no idea. I just know they are there.
