Single A football
Re: Single A football
I dunno, when Dunmore played Clairton they were 85+% white. Calling them inner-city would be like calling Riverview inner-city even though they were up the river from Penn Hills. And maybe some would consider Riverview to be inner city, I can concede that.
Re: Single A football
maybe I am childish I don't know but the point isn't who is more childish which seems to be your only thing, The point is I think that a lot of kids are being conned and its been happening for a long time now, but I will let the statistics do the talking.abpk2903 wrote:Either Aoki is under 15 years old or one of the most childish adults in the history of bleachercoaches...Portage lost to a better team, let's get over it and move on to discussions on the teams playing.
Maybe it's time for coach to clean up this trolling much like he did in the college/pro sports forum.

But to me, it still comes down to off season training. It's Portage's offseason, just like it's Clairton's, will Portage start its weightlifting program today? And if they're not, why not?Aoki12 wrote:maybe I am childish I don't know but the point isn't who is more childish which seems to be your only thing, The point is I think that a lot of kids are being conned and its been happening for a long time now, but I will let the statistics do the talking.abpk2903 wrote:Either Aoki is under 15 years old or one of the most childish adults in the history of bleachercoaches...Portage lost to a better team, let's get over it and move on to discussions on the teams playing.

Re: Single A football
Conned, no, used to make money, yes. We are in a ridiculously long pursuit to crown four state champions in four artificially drawn classes in an effort to line someone's pockets. District championships have been rendered meaningless since the state playoffs were born. A team's primary goal each season should be to beat its rivals and win its conference.Aoki12 wrote: The point is I think that a lot of kids are being conned and its been happening for a long time now, but I will let the statistics do the talking.

This might be single handily one of the most racist comments I've seen on here. When does inner city mean anything about race????animus wrote:I dunno, when Dunmore played Clairton they were 85+% white. O agree. All I was referring to was it's location. You can't compare it's location to the small town's in this area.konjo78 wrote:This might be single handily one of the most racist comments I've seen on here. When thinking about the inner-city of LA do you think of Compton or Hollywood?konjo78 wrote:This might be single handily one of the most racist comments I've seen on here.
