I mean look at that!!! Snow flying,wind blowing, title on the line, that's beautiful... Should be live ! Not a November reg season NHL game... But I don't have the $$$ to change it

I blame it on the WPIAL. They know the Pens take precedence over the WPIAL. This happens every year.
