District 5/6 highlights

I'll start with some of these highlight films! I know I enjoyed watching many of them last year.

Blake Over- Northern Bedford
1st team All State QB in Class A
Blake put up some absurd numbers this year for NBC. 2600 yards passing with 30 TD and 8 INT. He also ran for 623 yards and 12 TDs. On defense he had 5 INT and 5 forced fumbles (recovered 4). He returned two of the interceptions for TDs. Over also started returning kicks in the second half of the year and took 2 returns back for touchdowns.

Kyler Diehl - Northern Bedford
Kyler played most of the year with a pulled groin but he still had a huge season. Diehl had 59 catches for 850 yards and 11 touchdowns. Diehl was a 3 year starter at safety and was a terrific player on that side of the ball in a lot of games. Kyler was on a preseason all state team and will end up on some all star teams this year too I am sure.

Thought it was pretty neat that Vanderbilt 247 recruiting site just tweeted the highlight video of Central So. QB Noah Benton. Benton recently spent the weekend at the Rivals camp in NJ.
