Disappointing showing for Chestnut Ridge thus far. They are a dang fine team. Goes to show how tough this tournament really is.

I wouldn't say it is a disappointing tournament for Ridge, at least not yet. They only had two wrestlers ranked in the top 8 and both of them are still alive. Also Connor Buttry is having a nice tournament so far for them also.

Yeah...maybe disappointing is too strong a word. Guess I like to see our local teams represent well. CR is one of the best, if not the best D5 has to offer this year. Was hoping they would exceed expectations and put our district on the map just a bit.

If we would be talking about last years CR TEAM then yes, disappointing. But given the peramiters of this tourney and who CR has, I believe they are overachieving. C buttry especially

I've always felt like CR was a better dual meet team than at individual tournament team. They lack the stud wrestlers for a tournament like Powerade. Now you put CR in a dual meet tournament and i feel like they win a lot of duals. Also, i wouldn't say CR's performance is disappointing considering the strength of Powerade. I somewhat expected this outcome.
