Monday, the Lady Rangers got pasted by a very good Punxsy Lady Chucks team. Well-coached, disciplined play, excellent shooters, average height. There is a JV girl, a soph, Bridge, who is 6'3", and looked like a potential star. She could shoot a little, rebound of course, run the floor, and didn't show like she could be rattled with a press. Last eve, the Lady Rangers stopped the bleeding with a 64-47 win over an over-matched Lady Trojans squad. Tashayla Smith was a dominant force inside, and the Lindrose girl hit a few 3's, but not much else.
