Penn state is ranked #8. For a terrible university they must have their academics right. Pitt is 21. Central and western Pennsylvania should feel blessed that their schools are ranked so high for public institutions. Both are wonderful schools

Re: Pitt spring game cancelled
Nice link. It's based on honest numbers reported by Pitt.
Great comparison of the brief Wanny era to 50 years of lies, myths, propaganda, and brainwashing. I see you bought it like a typical WE ARE sycophant.
You forgot about two decades of child predation that was covered up by your heroes. If they lied about that, what's to say graduation rates couldn't be fudged? We already know that PSU fudged their reporting of criminal acts by players (Tripponey, Clery Act investigation, Title IX violations, etc.) Wait until the Clery Report violations come out.
Feeble try, and once again you prove that "WE ARE...better than everyone else" is a myth manufactured in your own minds, a bald faced lie purported by your dead head coach, and perpetuated by JoeBot Cultists like you. Don't you have a spring game tailgate to plan for?

Read the report on The Thon. The students raise the money enthusiastically, but the students and many of those who donate really have NO IDEA where the cash is really going.

You'd think that PSU would want transparency after 50+ years of outright LIES. Instead, the opposite is happening with the Thon. Yet another PSU sham.
I don't blame the students. they've been brainwashed like everyone else in Camelot who believe that Paterknew will rise from the dead someday, and they actually think they're raising money to help kids with cancer when in reality they don't even know where the money goes.
I will write my donation checks to Children's Hospital in PGH, and continue to place a copy of this article in the coffee cans of the pledges who run through traffic for donations.

So they report every year where thon money goes, the majority goes to cancer research 90% around. You always have away to try and spin things! You should be a politician! One terrible situation with football and athletics doesn't overshadow the fact Penn state has been a top 10 public school for decades. Their academics is what they should be known for not football.

More PSU fun! Franklin should just make him clean the stadium for punishment like the Godfather used to...or make theplayer delete the pics like he did at Vandy.

WOW!!!! At 3:45 PM???? Since PSU is such a great academic institution, shouldn't O'Connor have been in the library like the rest of the students?

Re: Pitt spring game cancelled
I guarantee no Pitt kids under 21 will be drinking for St. Patty's day in Pittsburgh. I'd imagine they will all have their heads buried in books studying to become pharmacists like Ricky Gary.
Re: Pitt spring game cancelled
Maybe many PSU kids will be in the library like Stanley Pringle. By the way, is he alright. I heard he hasn't been feeling himself lately.
