What's the most troubling about this is that it's almost like saying we're not going to the d-6 A playoffs before the season starts since you can only count the first game for points (of this silly home and home). It's hard enough for any Heritage or WPAC team to make the d-6 A playoffs let alone one on what is basically a nine game schedule.

Both games will still count towards playoffs. Williamsburg and Claysburg have done this the past few years as have Bald Eagle and Bellefonte.

I don't fault any teams for doing this. I look at it financially, it makes more sense. I'd actually like to see the heritage just make week 9-10 rivalry weeks and have rivals play each other twice

one more example of central PA small school football dying on the vine. Not enough players and funds is all to often the issue. Co-op is coming to a school near you soon
