Coach Shoemaker has done a good job. Hardly a candidate for this list yet. We will see after a few more years.Lefteyelouie wrote:What a shot to the heart of CR athletics though.
A Bedford grad on their Mount Rushmore who hasn't even been at the school for 10 years yet.
Might as well throw Dan Wilkins on the list too.

Jim Clark also a Bedford grad.
You are welcome Southpaw and Ridgedad. Bedford has provided 2 of 4 CR Mount Rushmore.

Hey Sherm: Just curious, how you know so much about every school on the list so far.

What about Brian Barefoot and Fred Helbig??? They were a heck of a duo. Barefoot was HUGE for a Class-AA QB!

Raven - Their class (2005) and the class after them (2006) really turned the football program around in my opinion. They had some amazing athletes (Shaffer, Novak, Halbig, Clark, Downey, B. Miller, O'Neal) and some big bodies (Fitzpatrick, G. Miller, Young, Hillegass, Boyer, Welsh). Also, they were the first groups to come through the Little Lion program. I definitely think that they deserve some consideration

Didn't Stan Mock go to Syracuse at a time when that was the equivalent to getting a full ride to Alabama of today?
