Every ball player has his/ her own little preps before they do their thing, but one is really starting to irk me. Does anyone else find it disturbing when before or after each and every pitch, the batter -HAS- to unfasten then re-fasten the batting gloves on both hands? That Velcro closure is there so it won't move once secured. If this is coming loose each and every pitch, they need to find a better product to do the job. Is it just nervousness? Is it like spitting, which every player does as well? I find it detracts from the game.
