Ouch I didn't take notice to Mo Valley's schedule to start. There's a very good chance they could start 0-4.

Portage was pretty dominant against Tussey Mountain in their first scrimmage in Saxton last saturday. The Titans had no answer for Caleb Kephart and Portage's line on offense. Here is some of the Mustang's highlights from their hudl account.

I heard that Taylor played well for Tussey Mountain and scored several times on big plays.

I went to see Central play Bellwood. The Dragons had a nice passing game, but they were really out of sync pass blocking. I'm sure that is a correctable error. They weren't real physical run blockers either but that could have been Bellwood's strength. Burch threw the ball well for the Blue Devils and they changed up their formations well. Hayes has always done that and I think it benefits them. They'll be in Wing T, Trips, Slot, 2 TE, all within 4-5 plays. I have a feeling you could set the over/under at about 60 for the Central @ Tussey Mountain game week 1.

Bellwood QB did throw the ball well but his WRs definitely did not catch it well. Central pass protection was not on the same page but are very young and will continue to improve. When given time Central was 15-22 for 300+ throwing the ball. Anxious to see the Dragons take on a very talented Mount Union squad tomorrow night.

Portage/Tussey Scrimmage was 3-2. Look up dominant in the dictionary.

In any sport, a 1-score difference is by no means dominant.
It ain't over until it's over.

It's already happened three times. Just not for a few years.

The last westpac team to win D6 was Windber in 2000 when 5 and 6 were combined. Ferndale was the last to win just the regular D6 in 1995.
