Nearly 250 after six for a 2-4 team on its way to 4-6.

Just to put that a little more in perspective...Portage as a team has had 15 Different Rushers this season totaling 186 carries. That's still 42 carries LESS as a whole team than this one young man. Props to him staying healthy, I finally get a chance to see his one man offensive show in person tomorrow night.

I'll bet he has fewer carries than usual. CT will probably throw short passes to exploit Portage's pass defense

I told people coming into this season that's the huge hole in this years Mustang team. Replacing 95% of the Defensive Backfield has been difficult and It's been a bend but don't break kind of journey so far. Thankfully the big experienced front 4 has help as they say the best pass defense Is a good pass rush. However you just can't abandon the running game when you're OBVIOUSLY a running team, and CT doesn't have any sort of consistent Passing Attack so I don't look for anything really different brought to the table.

Welp the young man finally got a break last light as he carried the ball ONLY 15 times for 8 yards against Portage.

Now this is the first time I've got to see CT all year. It seemed like the only play they had for him was a little guard trap over and over again. Am I missing the rest of the playbook for him or is that literally the one play that they run over and over again? With the Mustang's big front 4 that play failed miserably Ha Ha
