First off who is Coach Grouse??? Second I don't get what you're so butthurt about ??? What was done so wrong last night that you're so angry about it or is this just a personal vendetta against our coach that you can't let go probably 20+ years later? If It's really because a few kids took off their pads and/or helmets I'm sorry but that's hilarious IMO. Because If you or anyone else thinks that's some sort of slap in the face or rubbing it in you're nuts. You're welcome to enjoy It If we get beat by Berlin, Meyersdale or BG or anyone else for that matter. You can also hoot and holler to the heavens in the next coming years if Portage declines in success.

I don't know why my iphone auto correct his name to grouse. I would of said nothing and let it go if you did not make a post like your first one. I know you apologized and will let it go at that. I am not here to make enemies. Windber's football will be back. Good Luck to Portage the rest of the year. I don't disrespect the kids at all and hope they continue on for a championship

Central's first win over Clearfield in 33 years and Clearfield's first home loss in 5 years!
Young Dragon team showed a lot of poise and resiliency after blowing a 21-0 lead and going down in the 4th quarter. Considering the the early schedule (Tussey, Tyrone & Clearfield) I'm pleased with the 2-1 record!

PortagePride- C'mon man! I agree with you sometimes you cant control how the score ends up. When you have second and third teamers in you cant tell them not to score. Those kids work just as hard throughout the week and take a butt kickin but the first teamers all week. On the other hand if your kids really did take their pads off on the sideline, then that's a joke. This isn't the NFL, no kids should take pads off on the sideline unless they are injured. I mean you should of just let them put their hats on backwards and towels around their neck like the NFL guys do. C'mon man!

PS- remember that feeling when BG is routing you by 60 and their kids still keep pads on.
