any out here in the west? East PA is loaded with them

No official games, at least. There is, from time to time, an alumni game or something.
If you check out calpreps.com Projections and look at the schedules for this week, there's not many that are noted. And only two west of the Mississippi. One of which, I'm attending tomorrow in Webster Groves, MO against Kirkwood. Other one is out in San Jose. NJ, MA, CT, eastern PA, and parts of NY are big into them.

Usually a pretty good one at field beside the Neptunes firehall. We like to give the people working at the ER something to do lol

If you mean a bunch of former athletes who get together annually for some friendship and nostalgia in trying to still play football, and raising money for charities, there is the one at Price Field in Westmont. They've been doing this one for many decades.
EDIT: My bad, I just saw on the news this event is now held at POINT stadium downtown. Still, congrats, guys.
