Jones did tear his ACL, he did it during wrestling season. Strange I remember both Jones and Cook being from Westmont, it's good though that they have found god at McCort just in time for them to go to high school.

AS I recall Levi Cook went to OMOS so he was in the Catholic system before high school. I do not know the Jones boy. So, normally I would be right there BM bashing with you, but not fair in this case.

The Jones boy went McCort this year, the Cook boy went to OMOS from 4th grade to McCort.

Wilson, you seem to have a strong opinion about BM football. So much so that you actually call out players and coaches by name. Didn't BM start 4 freshman last year? What did you expect, a state championship? BG started a bunch of freshman 4 years ago and took their lumps the first year or two, but look at them now. Give BM a chance. Unless of course you're a disgruntled parent, former player, or ex-coach. In that case, have at it!

Agent 15904, I'm not a disgruntled parent, former player or ex-coach, just a booster/fan who's been watching Bishop McCort football over the last 30 years. I just like to express my opinion here on this site. Again just pointing out the problems down at Bishop McCort. I know last year McCort football was young and had a lot of problems both on the field and in the lockerroom. Just pointing out that last year staff did little to stop any of the problems. Really McCort didn't have good Head Coach since Ken Salem stepped down.
The teaching level down on the field from the Coaching Staff was very poor, if look at how the McCort football team played last year you could see no improvement. Players were put into position, then the next week move to other position. Their was confussment in the line on how to block, and other teams saw this and took advantage of it. Watch any flim of the games and a blind man could see this. I understand last team would be lucky if they won 2 games going into the season, because they didn't have the horses. I hoped that McCort football team would get better as the year went on. The young players would improve through coaching/weight lift that didn't happen. Under the New Head Coach, bring in new coaches hopfully would bring back winning ways down at McCort, but also bring back the coaches from last year team isn't an improvement. Maybe I'm wrong thinking like this, maybe under Coach Davitch it looked liked Assistant Coaches weren't allow to coach or aren't very good coaches. This year team will be hard press to win one game, because the skill level at McCort is still young along with some of the linemen. They don't have any Senior coming back on this team next year that are stud. Most of the better players are still underclassmen that need to be develop. Hopefully these younger players step up, but with some the Coaching staff from last team coaching I didn't see it. Maybe I be wrong, and if I'm wrong I will be the first one to say it.
