April 20-25 scores

Post by Manfred »

FH 1, Bedford 0. Another pitching duel between Murphy and Bingham. Ranger bats have all but disappeared scoring a total of 2 runs in 3 games, though they did win 2 of them with Murph tossing goose eggs.

Fri. afternoon, FH over CC 10-0 (6). Sat. Boswell tourn. after LIGONIER DROPPED OUT, Shanksville beat North Star 7-5, FH beat Shanksville 15-0 (4), then turned around and lost to NS 4-0. Tourney organizers determined the winner by criteria of total runs scored, so FH had 15, NS 11, Shanksville 7. Stupid way to do that. Brady Walker was dealin' for NS. Good job. Luke McCormick, FH, named tourney MVP by going 6-6 w/ 3 RBI. FH now 7-6.
It ain't over until it's over.
