Re: Pirates and Cubbies at Wrigley
Bucco's are lost on how to get Kris Bryant out so far this season. However Worley giving up 3 runs after having nobody on and 2 out is unacceptable.
On another level, does anyone else feel it's time for Cutch to take some time off ??? I understand he's not going to be 100% for the rest of the year but he looks not well batting, running or fielding.

Not figuring out Bryant is somewhat acceptable since he has only been around a few weeks, but what the Pirates need to figure out is how to keep the three guys hitting ahead of him in the line-up off the bases. In the five games so far, the top three in the Cubs lineup is getting on base at a .470 clip. Lot of opportunities for Bryant to look good with that many guys on base in front of him.
Cutch has not looked, so far this season, like the player we have been accustomed to watching the past few years. Depending on Polanco's availability, Cutch should likely get Wednesday and Thursday off, but would be surprised to see any extended time off.

The Pirates 1 through 6 hitters last night went 1 for 23 with 7 strikeouts...I think that was the main issue lol

Re: Pirates and Cubbies at Wrigley
So far in this series the story has been the Cubs making the Pirate pitchers pay with 2 outs. So far in the first two games the Cubs have scored 9 runs with 2 outs in the Inning.
The Bucco's are still striking out a ton. Mercer and Cutch are struggle city at the plate. And the now I feel they gotta start worrying about all the Stolen Bases being had on Cervelli and the pitching staff.
