Yeah, Eve didn't have their QB available and BG just found out they could come. It should be a great day and Baker's Photo Bench is bringing two cameras to shoot some of the action.

Tourney final was between Central and BG in a match from game 1. Central won both in highly competitive games. I hope everyone enjoyed the day!

I was there and saw Central play vs Tyrone and then BG in finals and I have to say the Central players were disrespectful and obnoxious. Their QB and a DB were ridiculous. I know they are kids but Central had 3 or 4 coaches there and not once did they say anything to their players. No doubt they are talented and could or should have a very good season but win or lose do it with class. Congrats to Central for winning, but not for how they played the game.

It's a great tool, and can be an indicator on what teams are capable of thru the air, but pads popping, a running game and linemen really change perspective of some.

Would anyone be able to comment on what type of season Bellwood might be looking at this fall or expectations? I saw them in 7-7 and they did not look bad so what are expectations?

My guess would be games vs Tyrone and Mo Valley will decide between 8-2&10-0

Anyone who puts an ounce of stock into 7 on 7's as an indicator of how good or bad a team will be knows zero about the game. You can get the same accomplished on your own field.....but as usual, it's all about money, and over analysis. Schools who host charge teams to come, and it is a way for coaches to over analyze the team, and / or puff chests out saying we won the so and so 7 on 7. I've actually seen teams play a special defense for these. Ones they'd never run come September.

I think Bellwood will go either 9-1 or 10-0 and should be the clear cut front runner in D6 A. Looked good in the early 7 on 7s and only will improve.
