At least his last post wasn't an epic story of misspellings and skewed statistics!

lol true. I think Johnstown is gonna have to throw and the won't work well against the veteran secondary

True! Movin Heiple to Safety has made a big difference! The Eagle line will get enough penetration to impact the game. I know Bedford busted them up too! Both teams wanna prove they belong! I gotta take my Eagles by 2 scores

Wow... West33 you are hyper sensitive. If J-town beats Somerset this week you may actually come unglued on here......
You are seeing the game much different then I did watching it both live and on RMG.
Penalties. Bedford probably had 2 times the penalties that Somerset did. Including on the opening drive and at least 2 15 yarders on Somerset's one drive for a TD at the end. SO bringing penalties up really doesn't help the argument.
Bedford rushed for 250 plus, so they moved the ball ok.
Heiple hurt, at least he was able to play. Shaffer was basically out entire game for Bedford.
I'm sure every Somerset fan thinks it was BS call on the TD, I'm sure every Bedford fan thinks he was across the line and should have been flagged.....
Killer play was Bedford TD return on Fumble, didn't Somerset follow that up with a pick 6....
scrimmages... for real??
How is LHAC worse this year then last?
Somerset is good
JHS is better then last year
Bedford Better
BG maybe a tick off of last year, still very high level
Westy is better
BM is same or Better
FH looking to be ok.
I'd say conference as a hole is about the same.
I haven't heard anyone bash Somerset. You are just super sensitive to anyone saying anything other then Somerset rules.
Anyway I picked Somerset in a close one Friday even though I like the Trojans.
Bedford / J-Town
you are right. It was closer then the score would indicate. J-town played hard and tough. Just didn't have enough to win it. You'll see in other posts I think J-town needs to develop some things to compete/beat the better teams. Hopefully they can get it rolling and make some noise down the stretch.

Great post! The penalties were horrible and that was on both sides! Bedford is a darn good team and the Eagles did not play well! That's the way the game goes! As a whole the league is more top heavy and competitive than I can remember in recent years! This game will be fast and lots of athletes makin big plays! Eagles edge out the Trojans again!

Somebody should limit the amount of characters West33 has to use for next week! Win or Lose it will be profound! [THUMBS UP SIGN]
Re: Guru's Week #5 LHAC Preview and Picks
According to maxpreps Bedford ran for 249 against somerset and 261 against Johnstown. Total yards were 386 on Johnstown and 273 on Somerset. So statistically Somerset did a better job stopping Bedfords offense. Since the score is not enough for silentBob.

I do however agree with silentbob's assessment of the league. Lhac is better across the board than last year. Might not have a state champ but bg will make a run. Bedford will fight in AA and Somerset and jtown will be solid in AAA. hights, forrest hills, westmont, McCort and richland aren't bad. Certainly not a weak year for LHAC!
