Guru's Week #6 LHAC Preview and Picks
Guru's Week #6 LHAC Preview and Picks
Sorry this is late folks. My dang job gets in the way sometimes:)
CC hosts CH this week and the Devils are getting better each week. Heights is on a 3 game winning streak after losing to Westmont and McCort. I look for the size of CH to cause major issues for the Devils this evening in the Burg.
CH-28
CC-7
Bedford hosts McCort. The Bison will kick the dog snot out of McCort tonight in Bedford. Kevin Steele and his staff and players will be defending their home turf and like I said way back in my week #1 preview they aren't going to lose this season.
Bedford-56
McCort-12
BG hosts FH on Saturday evening in Altoona. With FH still in shock from their loss to Men in Kilts, look for BG to put at least 7 TDs on the board.
BG-56
FH-12
BC hosts PC for the inaugural game at BC's Craig Sponsky Alumni Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Look for the fired up Huskies to finally score this season and for the Panthers to get their first win of the year.
BC-6
PC-33
Johnstown hosts Richland and this one will be over before the opening kickoff. Johnstown will start their run at the D6 AAA Championship this evening and the rams will be on the receiving end of a Tony Pena beat down.
Johnstown-39
Richland-12
Somerset hosts Westmont this evening and the Eagles will be flying high after this one. Westmont will keep it close because they hold the ball for nearly 60% of their games. However, Somerset's ability to score quickly and in bunches will be the demise of the Hilltoppers.

Re: Guru's Week #6 LHAC Preview and Picks
Better late then never Guru. I look forward to them.
CH 26 CC 15 CH is on a roll and now have moved into the upper half of the conference.
Bed 49 BM 3 Bedford rolling will tonight also, BM young and talented need another year of seasoning.
BG 45 FH 9 Maybe closer is FH has their QB. BG plays good D and are looking to make another long run.
BC 13 PC 12 Upset special. Both teams are bad. PC getting worse. BC wins first ever game at home.
J'town 34 Rich 21 rivalry amongst kids and staff, will keep it a little closer. Although either team will run it up against each other given the chance.
Som 42 Westy 6 Westy getting realization they beat up on lower lever teams at beginning of the year.
1) Bedford- Best team with best player IMO (cook)
2) BG- expect another long run in the A playoffs.
3) Somerset- Solid team, excited for eventual J-town rematch.
4) J-town- need to bounce back and prove they are legit. this is where we have seen them head downhill in the past.
5) CH- finally playing like they are capable.
6) FH- need a healthy QB or will continue to slide.
7) BM- I know they have lost to (8 and 9) but I think they are better.
8) Westy- need a better showing even in expected loss tonight or they will drop more.
9) Rich- 5-9 could go in about any order.
10) CC- able to compete with lower teams in conference, but don't think they can win.
11) PC- even though I picked them to lose at BC.
12) BC- have to remain here until they at least score a point.
