Central Cambria in itself( not just Holsinger) will be very good this year.

Somerset will be the dominant team this year in the LHAC. They have the best backcourt in the district and the conference. George Coyle as their main down low presence including some other experience. They include Bryce Funa (possible best shooter) and a strong bench play with young talent. 
Westmont and CC I think will be the close 2nd place hang on teams. They aren't as talented as Somerset but these teams can ruffle up the top of the conference. 

Johnstown has to come out and prove that they wanna be at the top this year. Gause down low is very good along with Updyke who's coming back from an off year due to injury. They include a fast backcourt but young.
