With their win last night I believe BC locked up the #1 seed. Would think BG has to be 2 then Blairsville and Portage. Don't know about the rest.

1 Homer Center
2 Saltsburg
3 Ferndale
4 BC
5 BG
6 Mo Valley
7 Portage
8 Penns Manor
9 St Joes
10 Conemaugh Valley
11 Williamsburg

That would put us BC with a 2nd round 4 vs 5 match up vs BG then have to play the 1 Homer Center.
Not sure if anyone will go with a losing record or not.  I think this is what it will look like now.
1. Homer-Center
2. Saltsburg
3. Ferndale
4. Bishop Carroll
5. Bishop Guilfoyle
6. Moshannon Valley
7. Penns Manor
8. St. Joes Catholic
9. Portage
10. Conemaugh Valley
11. Belleville Mennonite

I could be wrong but I have the seeds a little differently. The 1st 2 seeds are a given HC and Saltsburg. I have the 3rd seed as BC (they have 89 points when you include the power points for wins over Ferndale and Bishop McCort according to Maxpreps-in 20 games for an average of 4.45) and the fourth as Ferndale (they have 93 points in 21 games for an average of 4.43). The rest of the seeding looks correct as BG is 5th, MV 6th, etc.... so I have them as follows:

1. Homer Center
2. Saltsburg
3. Bishop Carroll
4. Ferndale
5. BG
6. Mo Valley
7. Penns Manor
8. St. Joes
9. Portage
10. Conemaugh Valley
11. Belleville Mennonite
12. Williamsburg- **If they get in
13. Claysburg- **If they get in

Probably not as good news for Ferndale and Mo Valley because I'd imagine like the rest of the teams in A, I'd think they would want the two private schools to play each other first and knock one of them out.

I have the standings calculated a little differently. The 1 (Homer Center) and 2 (Saltsburg) seeds are a given. However, I have BC as the 3 seed (they have 89 points when you include the power points for wins over Ferndale and Bishop McCort who both have .700 winning percentages, divided by 20 games for an average of 4.45). I then have Ferndale as the 4 seed (93 points/21 games = 4.43 average). The rest of the seeds I have the same as are listed above, starting with BG at 5, MV at 6, and so on. This might not be the news that Ferndale, MV, and the rest of the field may have hoped for since the two privates won't play in the first game and knock one of them out. I'm not 100% certain of these figures but if the results listed on Maxpreps are correct I think they are right.

Claysburg submitted name to be in playoffs. Lost to West Branch tonight by 3 and actually was winning with 2 minutes left in game. Lost by 40 points to them two weeks ago.
