Pirates run of success over?
Sure it wasnt any titles but seeing the pirates make/host postseason games the last few years was really cool. But it looks they are cooling hard from their hot start and now start to find themselves further and further down in the standings, below .500 now.
What do the pirates need to do to get going again and do you see them even making the playoffs this season?

Marte, Polanco, Cole, Taillon, Glasnow, Meadows, Bell, Kingham, McGuire.
The Pirates would have to try to mess this up for a roster that has young talent like this to not be successful over the next 5 years.
Let's not forget about some core players that will be in Pittsburgh and producing for the next few seasons.
They don't have the team they had the last 3 years right now but they are still set up very soundly as an organization. The Braves and Cubs may be the only 2 teams with a brighter future.
