Silver for Phelps.

Phelps has two DUIs.  Should he be at these Olympics?

Last I checked alcohol was not a banned substance for Oly athletes. The fact that he does....consume....sometimes....again shows what a freak athlete he is. I do not condone the intake of alcohol. I have been known to have a brew or 2, but limit it to that, and probably a month or more apart.
