Don't think much changes after one week. Both Bellwood and Mount Union lost to tough non con teams. One thing that did open some eyes is Mo Valleys win against Northern Bedford. I would say it could now be a four team race.

Did last week's conference games count towards the conference championship, or does it start this week and run weeks 2-10?

That's what I figured, but wasn't 100% sure. I think it'll be a really fun season. JV/MU this week will tell a lot about the state of the conference, as they should be near the top half of the standings as well.

3 levels of teams in the ICC and the overall league winner might be 7-2. There is a lot of balance. The conference is good because of the overall quality, but I'm not sure there is one dominant team. There are a lot of pretty good teams though.

Top-
Bellwood
MU
NBC
Mo Valley
West Branch

Those teams could all beat anybody but could lose to any in that group.

Middle Tier-
Juniata Valley
Claysburg
Williamsburg
Everett
Southern Huntingdon

Those 5 can beat any of the top teams, but they'll be underdogs.

Bottom tier-
TM
Glendale

TM is better than Glendale I think and could beat any team in the middle tier. They'll likely finish with 2-3 wins which is an improvement from last year.
