Schools that should be in District 5

Claysburg is in Blair County which is in District 6.

When the districts were being established, why was D5 setup with only 3 counties and none of which had large populations?

D 5 or 6 should be Somerset/Bedford/Fulton/Cambria/Blair/Huntingdon.

D 9 or 6 should be current D9 + Clinton/Centre/rest of Clearfield.

Indiana/Mifflin/Juniata Counties to be determined / split.

So what? It's in 2 separate counties! Does the school only count the population just in Blair county?! No

Kids from another county may attend the school but it is still located in District 6.

Or perhaps Bishop McCort should apply to join district 5 since kids from Windber, Shade, Conemaugh Township and North Star may go there.

Now, please come up with a legitimate reason for schools that are located in District 6 to be placed in District 5.

Being unable to beat Bishop Guilfoyle, Bellwood-Antis or Homer-Center aren't legitimate reasons.
