What is the missing piece?

Some of the local schools are close , but missing something that would make them great? What is it? Even if it is just something that needs to develop by the Playoffs.
For example, Westmont has a nice team bu needs to throw a little better

Penns Manor has great potential. They should be 5-1 right now. Little mistakes have costed the game for them. Fixing the mistakes up would be beneficial to them. Winning out the rest of the season will give them a good spot in playoffs.
