Here are my projected conference finishes and week 10 picks --
1. LV over CT
2. BBV over HC
3. Port over Blair
4. Mey over WS
5. NC over Fern
6. Shade over United
7. PM over Wind
8. Salt over NS
9. PL over CV
10. MC over BLV

Overall I think the Heritage is a little better than the Westpac this year and should win over half the games. The bottom 4 or 5 of the Westpac is pretty bad. LV appears to be the best team by far from both conferences. Should be some good 2/3 games with Berlin/Portage vs. HC/Blairsville. The middle 4-6 games could be interesting too.

I'm picking WS to beat Saltsburg, lose to HC, beat NC (game at WS,) then lose at Meyersdale in crossover.
I predict both WS and NC at 5-4 in conference but WS would have head-to-head to take 4th place in conference.
