This has to be one of the most inaccurate posts I have ever read on here, Shane McGregor doesn't even have a teaching degree or certificate
You don't need one to be a TSS.  My daughter was one out of school, and she has a marketing degree.

It's inaccurate because he can't be looking for a teaching job if he doesn't have a teaching degree or certificate there champ.

Credentials are over-rated. There is a woman running the city of Johnstown with a geography degree.
It ain't over until it's over.

An English degree without a teaching certificate may qualify him to be a lunch lady.

It doesn't matter if you have an English degree if you don't have an education degree or a teaching certificate. Heck, he's not even working as a TSS so I don't know where you're getting your info from.
