How would the PIAA or Glendale find something like that out? 

A few years ago United had to forfeit games because of an ineligible player. It had to do with number of years an individual is eligible.  When Penns Manor found out about it, they realized they had the same situation.  They turned themselves in and forfeited I believe 2 wins. This was prior to the big turnaround.

That was huge at penns manor... Pretty sure it took away a chance at a playoff spot a good bit before their current streak.
Though it looks like penns manor might miss the playoffs for the first time in 10 years now?

Penns Manor will make the playoffs.  They still have Saltsburg, Marion Center, and whatever team the WeakPac has to offer.  5-5 Regular season.  Heck even if they only win one more game they would probably still get in.  Almost everyone makes the playoffs in single A, and there are some bad teams.
