No, he did not make it.....only the top 3 qualify for the Olympics. However in 4 years he'll be 30, and most distance runners hit their peak in their late 20's or early 30's so I would look for him to be the hunt again in 2008. When you are in the top 15 in the country in just about anything, that's pretty special.

FACT !!!! if he runs in the 10k trials later on in the year....what can I say, I'm an optimist.

an FYI for out of towners...or those that don't get the Altoona Mirror, the paper said the Brian actually led for a lot of the race. Well, he hasn't even been running these marathons that long. I think he will have a great shot at making it next time!

yes coach i do believe he does have a very good chance at making it to the olympics in 4 years...and wow that would be awsome to have someone from the little school of northern bedford go to the olympics...
