Portage vs United

Post by youngbuck »

It does not feel like the other A games will be close, but what about this one.  Which qb ends up with more rushing yardage.  Two coaches who have been around a long time.  Does home field advantage make the difference?

Portage is small up front, they have a decent QB and okay backs in 18,31. With United size and speed, I look for them to win by 2-3 TD's, especially after last weeks PL wake up call. United 38 Portage 14

Saw in the Tribune-democrat today that both teams rushing and rushing tds are almost identical.
Also that both QBs have rushed for 1000 yds this year.   Not sure how often that occurs.

Portage has not played with any urgency in weeks. None of their players seem to want to keep playing.

United 34
Portage 18

United surprised me struggling last week, doubt it happens twice, really good line and they won't mind playing in the sloppiest conditions. Silk should win the qb battle tonight.
