Right they act like Franco was supposed to wave his magic wand a poof back to states. The team is very banged up no experience really except for like 3 players. They have competed in every game but one. I'm not complaining.
Question, would they be any better or worse if Wilson was still there, just wondering

Worse. They'd be 0-5 and the games wouldn't have been close.

I think some of the kids would not have come out if Wilson remained just seems like they were fed up. The last game against Huntingdon last year they gave up.

Kids giving up on a coach says more about the kids than it does the coach.

I’ll just say this, I would be very disappointed if any of my children quit on a coach which also means they quit in their teammates, school, and me as a representation on our families last name

I concur with prophet, quitting on the coach? Have they no pride in themselves?

I see it both ways. The kids shouldn't do that stuff. But they wanted pushed and tested knowing it would make them better. Wilson just wasn't the push you to your limit type. A friendly coach. Unfortunately for him and the program it just turned south somewhere.

Except the problem is no one would have cared if they went 7-3. It’s not a program issue, society has gone south. It’s easier to blame the coach than to have accountability or the ability to step back and assess how good the team really is.

Your right society has gone south. Well and yes as a coach your hired to win and 7-3 would have been winning. We can all say wins shouldn't matter but at the end of the day that is what keeps or loses your job. Not from Central Cambria but does McGregor last another year with a losing season or do they go elsewhere?
