Thurs 2/19 Playoff Scores

Shanksville 57 McConnellsburg 42 with 0:40 to play. Shanksville is not flashy but very fundamentally sound, solid, and good shooters. They will give S.Fulton (if they won) everything they want...I rate the game a tossup.

McConnellsburg didn't play with any confidence early and when they did crank it up a bit Shanksville was smart enough and well coached enough to utilize the clock and force easy opportunities and fouls in last 4 min. when McC-burg did get within 10.

Central was down to Bellefonte by 11 in the third, but they nearly tied it to end the third and then took the lead and kept it. The Dragons play Lewistown next (I think).

Shanksville did win. They got on them early and never let up. m-burg did not look motivated at all.

One of the favorites to represent the West in AAA is gone...Slippery Rock upset FRANKLIN tonight 59-51 in the 10-AAA Quarters.
