what is everyone's favorite event to compete in or watch

I like the feeling I get when I'm flying through the air with long and triple jump. I also like the feeling of almost falling when I'm handing off the stick.. weird I know, but that's how you know you're doing it right.

those feelings are magnified when you also have to concentrate on holding onto a pole....(pole vaulting)

personally i like the relays there pretty good and if you have 2 close teams can be great to watch

I like the pole vault. But I also like relays because in the relays you cheer for like a team not just one person the whole time.

My favorite events to compete in where the long, triple, and 4x1. I like the jumping events b/c that was my forte and the 4x1 relay b/c i loved to anchor. the jumping events were the best at states b/c i actually had competition and you get to see just how good people are. the 400 sucked but it was probably my best race. I consider it one of the hardest races on the track.
