L,

If you paid $5.00 to see that crap, then I hope a District 6 ticket taker gave you a $10.00 bill as you walked out of the gym.

WT,

Except for the last couple of minutes, twas was more action in the Indian Valley v. J-town girls game. I do not think either team will fair well in interdistricts.

No refund but the game was over early. Got home at a decent hour.

Johnstown was the higher seeded team. I would have to say favored as well.

This not a low scoring game because the team were looking for good shots. A majority of the time the point guard would be holding the ball just over crossing half court while the defense sat back in a zone.

WPIAL~T wasn't bashing the kids, just the style of game that was played. It was boring to watch I am sure, but it was CC's best chance to win. And it almost paid off....

My favorite part about J-town holding the ball for so long is, they shot with about 0:40 to go in the quarter after their PG was nice and cocky, shaking the ball around, making faces, and almost losing it at one point. Then J-town shot and missed, only to have CC take it to the other end, score, and set their zone back up before J-town knew what happened. So, every team cannot handle that type of play, you must be patient and rebound, and I would bet my bottom dollar that CC out-rebounded the Trojans.
