Bump I can't imagine he wrestles with PSU. Too many lawsuit opportunities. If it is true, I am impressed. Still laughing at Eagle's Kolat statement!!

whats so unbelieveable about garrett wrestling with psu guys? i know wrestlers who did it 8 years ago for years at a time. i even had the oppurtunity to go, but decided not too. something i regret. besides, im sure that garrett is just fine against them. just because your d1 doesnt mean that your garretts talent......the kid is that good.

Somebody is going to have to clear this up for me----I played collegiate sports and can't imagine a high school kid coming to practice with the team. It doesn't make sense.

What do folks mean by he is wrestling with the PSU guys??

I am not questioning his ability I just don't understand what folks are actually saying.

I would think that the PIAA has rules that prohibit that kind of competition(or practice) maybe even the NCAA. But who knows, wrestling is a little different "culture".

well like i said, i never went. but its not that they go and practice all week long with them, during their normal practice schedule. its a weekend thing run by psu. the wrestlers come and beat the hell out of you to make you better from what i understand. i dunno, maybe someone who participates, or has participated can clear it up better.

UPJ does the same thing. They don't actually practice with the team it's kind of an open workout.

yea from what I have been told it is just an open workout held usually on sunday mornings. Brock goes there and I remember being told Jared Ricotta would go there last year. Garrett is definitely better than what everyone thinks of him
