this is a junior high forum man....you should be putting positive thoughts about junior high...not being a grinch about em...there are a lot of good junior high wrestlers that just didnt feel comfortable moving up to varsity..but you wouldnt know that....you are a powerhouse.... a big tough guy hiding behind a name......

Re: jr. wrestling
Powerhouse, if they move up to Varsity how are they going to get the experience they need. And I also know some fella's that could have moved up to Varsity but didn't. Also, if you think JH stuff is all a joke and just for experience then why do you even bother to look in the JH forums? Jeez, I thought this site was supposed to be a friendly site where people came together to support ALL their school's sports.powerhouse12 wrote:jr. wrestling is for experience if there are any 9th grade wrestlers that are good at all they will wrestle varsity
And one more thing, if you are athletic, I'm guessing you had to have played JH at one time cause if not, then you probably sucked at Varsity because you do need the guiding and experience of JH. Enough said.

hey powerhouse.... sometimes there's not a SPOT on the varsity lineup for a good 9th grade kid... pete westwood and mike tomovich both went undefeated in jr high... no varsity spots..
