Roger the more medals (even though D6 is a tad bigger than D5) and finishing third states for Forest Hills (good on ya). North Star has won the head to head match 3-2 since 98. They used to wrestle on a yearly basis way back when, I am pretty sure North Star leads the overall series. I pretty much willing to bet that there is too many D6 schools besides Altoona with a winning overall record against North Star all time. Whats my point, North Star is the class of wrestling around the Tri-County area year in year out since 1940 and oh by the way, they aren't going to be too bad next year either. Later dude! Wrestling season is complete and I am signing off for the year!!!!!!!!!! See you next year 04-05

North Star 23-1

i want to add western conference champ too! they also would have run away with the sheetz tournament but had 4 starters missing.i just read 6headbassit's post about their 23-1 record is deceiving and does't mean that much well i don't know what it takes to get his respect! they beat everyone they wrestled except the state champions.and that included the powerhouses from district 6! that was the most ignorant {of wrestling} post i have ever read. me thinks he is a little jealous of n.s. success over the years.

D5 is weak. Some of those weights had no one. Others were good, but over all not a strong group.
