I thought we played the games soley for my enjoyment of a beating.Ha,ha,ha,just kidding.Shadow was right, time can screw things up sometimes, look at Huntingdon this past year.Gresko blown knee, the big lineman tried to chop his foot off with a lawnmower over the summer, and their big D1 end moved to Arizona. Now they still had a great year, but they gotta be wondering what could have been down in Raystown world.
If I had my way, there would be about 45 kids locked in a padded room filled with footballs and weights til August,if I figure a way to do it,you may see alot of missing person reports coming out;until then I have to cross my fingers and pray.

State College. Winning districts, possibly states. we have 17 starters returning, our slowest reciever runs a 4.5 40, our shortest lineman is 5'11'' 250. we have already started spring practices. all you AA and AAA guys are more than welcome to try to compete with that.
The name on the front of the jersey is more important than the one on the front, unless its an Altoona jersey. Then neither name is important

Look,I know you're only hometown proud like everyone else on here, but when you talk down to people like AAAA is something special, you're only going to start an argument. And before you spout off,State College has an all-time record against Tyrone of 20 wins 29 losses and 4 ties in 53 meetings. They quit playing the little guys shortly after Tyrone pasted State 34-0 when State High had Shuey as a rb and were #1 ranked in PA AAAA and nationally ranked by some publications.Tyrone is locked into their season schedules by the newly formed MAC,but if you talk to someone who has some clout,I'm sure they'd give you a scrimmage.

FH has some good talent coming back

But Troy Baumgardner will not be on the team next year, he is a senior. But the other players that were metioned will all be factors.... I wouldnt be surprised to see FH get some SOPHMORES alot of playing time next year...In about 2 yrs FH is goin to be STACKED with talent. So Bailey might get those boys in on the action early. Just a thing to watch for...

But I think Tyrone will take the D-6 crown.....Probably have the FH-TYR drama again this season......

In the WPIAL - AA...

I kind of like the Quips chances this season...Aliquippa returns 22-25 juniors with most being starters. Their defensive secondary should be strong with 3 returning starters. The D line returns 2 starters and 1 LB. The team as a whole is loaded with speed. On Offense, Sjavante Gilliam returns as QB...he's got 15 varsity games under his belt, so there shouldn't be too many mistakes. The Quips will have to find a tailback, but that's not usually a problem. Someone usually steps in. Our fullback returns as well as 3 linemen. Aliquippa is stocked to the gills with receivers such as Mike Washington, Brandon Revis, Juan Ross, & Desmond Patrick. We may be in position for a deep playoff run again...no predictions, but we'll be strong.
FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! It comes bundled with the software...
