T.O. joins forces w/ A.I in Philly
The Eagles acquired superstar Terrell Owens from the Ravens/49ers. The niners got DE brandon whiting from the eagles and a 5th round pick. The ravens got their draft pick back from the 49ers. I think next year can only be better next season for the Eagles w/ their acquisions this off season.

well i disagree kind of. nothing against the eagles, but kearse is getting a bit too old to be as big of an impact player that they need. and T.O. will help alot, as he can catch the big one, but in major games hes gonna get blanketed as opponents still knwo they have no other reliable recievers. i dunno, JMO.

i think its a bunch of crap that if he dont get to play where he wants to than he whines around about it till he gets to play with the eagles. I dont care if his agent did screw up with his paperwork, if he wanted to be a free agent bad enough then he should have made sure his paperwork was in. He should have played one year in baltimore then go to philly. Sign a one year contract and go for free agency the next year.

A BIT TOO OLD, my God do you have to be 23 to be any good in the NFL now a days. NO, how many years has he been in the NFL, 6 maybe 7 at the most. Reggie White did it for all those years and you for one, being a packers fan, should know that a DE can produce well into the mid to late 30's like White did. Owens will not be enough for the Iggles to have a successful year this year (by successful i mean make it to the Super Bowl). But that Kerse comment was just ridiculous.

yeah i dont know how u can say that kearse is too old 2 produce. He will thrive in Jim Johnson's defense. Im sayin 15+ sacks. As for u hambone, I definitely disagree that this does not put them in position to have a "successful" season. They have clearly established themselves as the top dogs in the NFC it seems to me? I must be too biased but make a case for another team as of right now? I'll agree many things can change from now til the season but hmm...

27 is too old? McNair was 31 this past season when he won the co-MVP with 27 year old Peyton Manning. I won't even mention 37 year old Rich Gannon taking home the league's top honor in the 2002/2003 season....

27? my bad, i thought he was much older than that....maybe cause he plays like hes a 40 year old being hurt so much. i just dont think hes as good as his reputation he gets. he really cant be compared to reggie white, they arent even close in talent. as for the eagles being the dominant team in the nfc, wouldnt that constitute winning the conference at least once? the only thing that i can think of about the eagles and dominance is how they get dominated in the finals every single year. i jsut think that the eagles may have missed their oppurtunities

eagles
jevon kearse is very talented.he has been in the nfl for 4 years now.in his third season he broke his leg in the season opener against the eagles.last season he had a sprained ankle but still produced sacks and double teams.
terrell owens will help in more than one way.of course is going to make big plays in the passing,he is going to be double teamed a good bit causing some other to become open, and he is going to help the running by providing blocks downfield for bigger runs.what do you feel about dhani jones?

Dhani Jones is another young athletic linebacker that the Eagles love. He's quick and should thrive in the ealges system. I dont think they will miss a beat w/o Carlos Emmons...

Philly is where he belongs. Now they have an idiot in football to match their one in bball. Don't get me wrong, Iverson is a great player. But. he is a certified jerk. He is detrimental to the game of basketball, especially all the teenagers who for some reason look up to him. He is a terrible role model.
