GARUANTEE... thats a very harsh word. They get you one of two things... a big head if you're right, or a kick to the balls if you're not... I'd think twice before making such a rediculous GARUNANTEE

Bedford and Bellwood aren't even in the same district.

Perhaps not, but it is an area school, and both Ridge and Bedford run against them. As for my guarentee, take it for what you want, but once the newspapers start coming out with the times, Gunner won't be so sure about the 400. That's another 'guarentee.' And it may sound arrogant, but I'm pretty sure of this one. The 100, 200, sure Bedford may get them. But not the 400.

Who does Bellwood have? I've seen these boys practice and each one of them has gotten 10x better than last year. John Aaron's stride is unreal.

I wouldn't know. I remember they had Plummer and Houser running very low 11s in the 100, and high 22s in the 200, but I don't know if they were seniors last year, or if they're going out again. It's hard to say. Perhaps if anybody is on here from District 6, they could clarify.
