I know their boys team has only one distance runner, and that he's about a 7 in the one mile. Actually, maybe an 8. But I don't know about the girl's team, sorry.

We ran against, but did not score against, Shade today. They have a pretty good 800 runner in Sarah Berkey. She also long jumps and runs the 4x400. They have a girl that runs the 400 in around :67-:68. They've also got a girl that runs the 100 is kind of big to be a sprinter, but she's pretty quick. Other than that there's not much to really say. I didn't see much of the throwing events so I can't say if they have anything there or not.
well alrighty...i never hear anythin bout shade so i wasn't too sure about how they were....geesh a pavement track?!?! thats gonna be fun to run on i bet shin splints would b a problem...
