Remember Oscar and Sally Griffith
I think its important that everyone also keeps the Griffith family in their thoughts and prayers as they also must deal with the loss of Oscar and Sally Griffith, the two others who died in the accident. Although most of us did not know them or their family, they also are in need of your prayers.
For sure. We lost 3 great people that Monday afternoon. Just because they were not young and well known, does not make their loss any less tragic. I feel horrible at the waste of life, and the pain and suffering that the families and friends will have to deal with. Make no mistake, our hearts and prayers go out to the ones loved by all three people who went to live with God on Monday. You will never be forgotten.

I too offer deepest sympathies for the Griffiths. It just seems so easy to glorify the memories of a key athletic figure and young person so well liked by a ton of people. I'm sure the Griffiths were special people in their own way also and we should not forget them, that their lives were cut short also because a good person made a bad decision at the wrong time. I'm sure the Griffiths are with the Lord, enjoying their eternal rewards.
